Unfortunately not gulf view but still not bad considering. Slight setback but the room was a corner and offered a second window for some different views. Guess what? The digital key did not work and we had to call down and wait for a security person let us in. When we arrived it stated in the email that we were checked in and encouraged us to bypass the front desk and go straight to our room. The room we had was bittersweet being on the absolute end and the furthest from the elevators. First impression is this property is beautiful and gives you a close to Vegas type of experience. We had the opportunity to take a deal from MGM to come to Biloxi from Florida on a bundled trip that included chartered flight and 3 nights at the “Beau”. Many people were just taking pictures of the kiosk screen of the group photo instead of buying it which I don’t blame them. In fact, they’re $30 here, which is essentially the price of another entry ticket which is absolutely asinine. Upon entering, everyone gets a group photo taken (which we all know those are never FREE). The only recommendation for change with the facility is to make the prices for photographs more reasonable. They have 3 itinerary plans that corresponds to how much time you would like to stay there - 2 hours, 5 hours, 7+ hours. The only restriction is how much time you have to spare. Nelson said NASA was trying to determine whether to recover the wreckage and "what additional actions it may take regarding the artifact that will properly honor the legacy of Challenger's fallen astronauts and the families who loved them." The Challenger erupted into a ball of flame 73 seconds after lifting off from Kennedy Space Center on Jan. The find marks the first time in 25 years that a piece of the Challenger has been located. The divers were exploring the sea floor off Florida as part of a documentary about the Bermuda Triangle, a swath of the Atlantic Ocean long subject to myth about the so-called supernatural vanishing of planes and ships. "This discovery gives us an opportunity to pause once again, to uplift the legacies of the seven pioneers we lost, and to reflect on how this tragedy changed us," NASA administrator Bill Nelson said in the statement. The divers contacted NASA after spotting a large, clearly modern object mostly covered in sand at the bottom of the ocean and bearing the shuttle's distinctive tiles, the space agency said in a written statement.
